FQA (frequently questioned answers)
What should I pack for the desert night?
Planning ahead is essential when getting ready for an evening desert safari so that you can wear appropriate light clothing that will keep you cool and promote relaxation. We advise wearing closed-toe footwear like flip-flops, sandals, or boots. Personal belongings like toiletries and a hat are also welcome.
How much luggage can I bring?
A 50–60 liter suitcase (about 24–26 inches) is ideal. This size, which is frequently called a medium checked bag, gives you enough room for your clothes, toiletries, and other necessities for a nine-day trip through the desert without being overly large.
Are cards accepted, or do I need to bring more cash?
Debit cards are typically better than cash because the latter is more susceptible to theft. However, a few places are still not very card-friendly, so having some cash on hand is a good idea.
What is the cancellation policy?
The tour’s revenue is derived mainly from payments, which also go toward the total cost of the equipment, operating expenses, personnel, administration, etc. Since we have already paid most of the costs before the tour begins, we must charge cancellation fees to cover these expenses.
As a result, once the tour has begun, there will be no reimbursement for unused time or services. Any changes or early departures from the tour will be the sole responsibility and expense of the individual.
Takeaway
Planning a desert tour can be difficult, particularly if your schedule does not permit you to thoroughly examine the itinerary before leaving. For this reason, you can count on us to make your trip easy, cost-effective, and memorable.
