Welcome to Marrakech Morocco Travel
By booking a tour or service with Marrakech Morocco Travel (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you confirm that you understand and agree to our terms and conditions as outlined below. These terms apply to all travelers listed in the booking.
1. Booking & Payment Process
Once you choose your tour and agree on the proposed itinerary and price, we will send a detailed confirmation including the final cost and payment instructions. To secure your reservation:
- A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid in Morocco before the tour begins.
We accept payments via:
- Bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and PayPal for deposits
- Cash in EUR, USD, GBP, or MAD for on-site balance payments
- Card or PayPal for final payments on location (5% processing fee applies)
For group/shared tours, if you prefer paying the balance online before arrival, an additional 20% VAT and 5% processing fee will apply.
2. Booking Changes
We understand that travel plans may shift. If you need to make changes, contact us as early as possible. We’ll do our best to adjust your booking at no extra cost. However, changes made close to the travel date (within 15 days) may not be possible due to operational constraints.
If your changes cannot be accommodated, you may either continue with the original booking or cancel under the terms of our cancellation policy.
4. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)
In rare cases, we may be forced to cancel your tour due to unexpected events such as natural disasters, political unrest, severe weather, or safety concerns. If this happens, we will issue a full refund, including your deposit. We cannot offer compensation beyond the amount paid.
5. Special Requests
If you have any special requirements—dietary, medical, or accessibility—please inform us at the time of booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs, though we can’t guarantee all requests can be fulfilled.
6. Child Policy
To ensure comfort for all guests, children under 12 years are not allowed on shared tours. They are welcome on private tours or half-day shared experiences like camel rides and quad biking.
If a child under 12 is brought on a shared tour without prior approval, we reserve the right to cancel participation with no refund.
7. Travel Insurance
We do not provide travel insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing your own policy that covers medical issues, trip cancellations, delays, and lost luggage.
8. Our Responsibility
We strive to provide exceptional service as outlined in your booking. If any part of your trip does not meet agreed standards due to our error, we may offer a partial refund or compensation. However, we are not liable for issues beyond our control, including illness, injury, loss, or accidents during your trip.
9. Passports & Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all entry requirements for Morocco. Your passport must be valid for at least six months from your arrival date. Any visa requirements are also your responsibility.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is handled with care and used only to process bookings and coordinate travel services. When necessary, we share details (e.g., dietary needs or medical conditions) with hotels and activity partners to ensure a smooth experience. We never sell or misuse your data.
11. Complaints
If you experience a problem during your tour, speak immediately with your guide, driver, or accommodation provider. If the issue isn’t resolved, contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp at +212702727209 and we’ll step in to assist.
